Beach Trip 4/9 - 4/12

Last week we went to the beach for a few days with some friends. It was a long drive but worth the trip. Looking across the sea we could see the mountains of Saudi Arabia. Chase spent most of his days playing baseball, splashing in the water and making sandcastles and tunnels with daddy. One night when we were coming back from dinner we found two camels outside our room eating the leaves off of the trees. We were snapping pictures and video for several minutes but it didn't seem to matter to them, they just kept on eating!

We also visited the remains of a citadel, which Chase loved because we had to ride a boat to the island where the remains were located. Looking from the citadel we could see a very rare sight. We could see four countries side by side! From left to right we saw Egypt, Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Chase didn't really care about that fact, he just wanted to look for dinosaur eggs :-)
