Yesterday, we looked out our dining room window to see this man climbing up the side of the building next to ours. He is about 5 stories up in the pictures and as you can see, he's barefoot and his "harness" is a little strip of material. We watched him climb up without being hooked in to anything. It was making me nervous just watching him. He was hanging on for the better part of the afternoon replacing a pipe on the outside of the building. Today he was up there again, but this time he had some flip flops on. If he's out there again tomorrow I'll try to take some video.
