More Christmas

These two were definitely up to no good!















It's quite rare to see these two sitting still.  This took place after a couple of hours of running around.  I guess they finally got a little tired and decided to sit down for awhile.










This is one of our friends reading to Chase and Aaron.  They actually sat still and paid attention the whole time.

Christmas With Friends

We spent Christmas morning/afternoon with some friends.  We had lots of great food and the kids had fun playing together.













Our friends taught Chase how to roll out biscuits and cut them, not with a rolling pin and cutter but with a glass.  He loved it!











These biscuits were delicious!  Chase had several of them.

He loves these jumping motorcyles.  They are a little noisy but isn't every toy that is worth playing with!

3 years ago....

Last week we celebrated gotcha day, which is the day we signed our last official paper so that we could bring Chase home. The first picture is the very first picture we received of Chase.  He was two months old.  This year we celebrated by sitting down with the photo albums and telling him the story of how the Lord brought him into our family.  He absolutely loves to hear his story and to look at his pictures.  Afterwards, we went to a toy store and let him pick out a toy.  We thank the Lord everyday for bringing this beautiful, highly energetic, extroverted, and hilarious boy into our family.  We love you little man! 

The Monkey Ornament

Every year Grandma and Grandpa send Chase an ornament for the tree.  This years was a monkey hanging from his tail.  It's funny because he's always hanging upside down and doing flips, spins in mid air (don't have that one on video yet) and jump kicks.  Every time he looks at the monkey he says, "That's Chase mommy!"  Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for keeping this tradition going.

He keeps going and going and going.....

Chase has been doing cartwheels and flips for a while, but tonight it was non-stop. We are thinking of sending this to Energizer as a possible new ad campaign.
