Chasin' Chase

Yesterday we went to a water park with some friends. It was Chase's first time in the pool. He was a little apprehensive at first but he warmed up to it quickly. He loved playing with daddy and his friends in the water and sliding down the water slides.

He has also started saying several new words. Yesterday he said I want my ball, Baby Einstein, and don't touch. He is also becoming very independent in certain areas. He doesn't want help walking up and down the stairs or sliding down the slide. We knew that would start soon, but it's still too soon for me :-) We haven't had him long enough for him to start being independent :-)
